Customer Insights: All products are well made, unique designs, most of them exceeds my expectations. They are really of goof quality. Aftersales is superb, it's hassle free especially when it comes to repairs and resizing, admins are so kind to answer every questions and really delivers even when time constraint. I remember i had them resize a ring as my gift and i had to fly out they made sure that i have it before i leave. Great lengths to help out a customer. I am not even a bulk buyer here, i am just buying for me and my sister but they gave importance to all their customers. With these attitude? Am sure THE MADDOX will be on a greater heights.
