Customer Insights: nice services but long waiting mostly for delivery hehehe good items much cheaper diamonds than outside store my suggestion is sana ung item ko na namine is un pa rin ang maibigay kasi 3 times na ako ng mine this year madalas sinasabi na madam palitan na lng natin ng ibang item, excited ka na sana on ur item na turn off ka tuloy.

Have a team or department that answers inquiries as fast as possible. We have friends who watch and mine during live, may I suggest that a client can call to their respective admin and NOT be called during LIVE selling? It makes us shy, they first know what we buy.
