Customer Insights: I am a very satisfied customer, ever since. Please keep selling quality and value for money diamond jewelries. However, if you have to increase the price a bit, for me it's ok, as long as the quality will not suffer. About the details on the certificate I bought a 2 carat 7 stones recently, and the details written "Round Brilliant Cut, 2.00 Carat Natural Diamond, 18k Setting" The previous certificate is better, with more details in it, like total weight, magnification, refraction, remarks, signatories, company certifying, bar code (even in Japanese I am a very satisfied customer, ever since. Please keep selling quality and affordable diamond jewelries. However, if you have to increase the price a bit, for me it's ok, as long as the quality will not suffer. I just have a slight comment on the details of the certificate . The certificates of the recent 2 carat 7 stones half eternity ring I bought only says "Round Brilliant Cut, 2.00 Carat Natural Diamond, 18k Setting". The previous certificate is better, with more details in it, with details like natural diamond, total weight, magnification, refraction, remarks, signatories, company certifying, bar code (even in Japanese Chinese). It will be easy to convince my new customers, if the certificate is more detailed, with signature and seal. They are particular about it, it is important for them . I hope you will take a look into this. Nonetheless, I have full confidence and trust in Maddox. I am grateful that I found a jewelry supplier that I am glad to transact with.
